What counts as an active estimate?

A quote Bidador is still tracking — sent, not yet won or lost. Quotes you close stop counting the moment you mark them.

Do follow-ups come from Bidador or from me?

From you. They send through your connected mailbox, from your address, in your thread. The customer sees an email from their contractor.

What is in the free trial?

All of Pro for 14 days — unlimited estimates, the 12-month recovery scan, the lot. The clock starts when you connect a mailbox, so none of it is spent waiting.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged unless you add a card. If you do not, the account goes read-only and follow-ups stop — nothing is deleted, including anything the 12-month scan found.

When does BidGuard start giving me recommendations?

Once enough of your quotes have a recorded ending for the counts to mean something. Until then it shows every request with what it knows and says plainly what is still missing, rather than guessing.

Can Bidador change a price or agree to a date?

No, by design. It will not quote a price, offer a discount, alter scope or promise availability. Those replies stop and come to you.

What does it do with my mailbox?

It reads sent mail to find estimates, and replies on those threads. It stores the estimate conversations and nothing else. Access tokens are encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.

Can I change plan or cancel later?

Yes, from Settings. A plan change applies straight away. Moving to Pro, or from monthly to yearly billing, is charged the prorated difference when you make the change; moving to Solo, or from yearly to monthly billing, has the prorated difference settled on your next bill. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and leaves your data where it is.
